Schron sufitowy TMG Industrial o wymiarach 40 x 60 stóp (12,1 x 18,2 m) posiada wytrzymałą osłonę z materiału PVC o gramaturze 17 uncji (ok. 630 g), która jest ognioodporna, odporna na promieniowanie UV i wodoodporna. Konstrukcja w kształcie szczytu wykonana jest z ocynkowanych rur stalowych klasy komercyjnej, które są trwałe i stosunkowo łatwe w montażu. Osłona przeciwwiatrowa wzdłuż obu dłuższych boków chroni przed bocznym wiatrem, zwiększając wytrzymałość schronu. Na obu końcach znajdują się drzwi z otworem o szerokości 13 stóp (ok. 4 m) i wysokości 16 stóp (ok. 4,9 m). Schron doskonale nadaje się do samochodów osobowych, SUV-ów, łodzi i quadów, jako mały warsztat, do przechowywania sprzętu rolniczego i wielu innych zastosowań.
