Schron TMG Industrial o wymiarach 40 x 80 stóp (12,7 x 24,7 m) posiada wytrzymałą osłonę z polietylenu o gramaturze 11 uncji (313 g), która jest ognioodporna, odporna na promieniowanie UV i wodoodporna. Konstrukcja wykonana jest z ocynkowanych rur stalowych klasy komercyjnej, które są trwałe i stosunkowo łatwe w montażu. Osłona ziemna wzdłuż obu dłuższych boków chroni przed bocznym wiatrem, zwiększając wytrzymałość schronu. Na obu końcach znajdują się drzwi z otworem o szerokości 13 stóp (4 m) i wysokości 16 stóp (5,9 m). Schron doskonale nadaje się do samochodów osobowych, SUV-ów, łodzi i quadów, jako mały warsztat, do przechowywania sprzętu rolniczego i wielu innych zastosowań.
